REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want each office chair order to arrive as described and in usable condition. Eligible items may be

returned within 14 days from the delivery date when they meet the conditions below.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following requirements:

- The chair must be unused and in original condition

- All original packaging, manuals, screws, tools, wheels, arms, cushions, and included components must

be returned

- The item must not show assembly damage, scratches, stains, odors, pet hair, heavy wear, or

modifications

- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

For safety, resale, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items include:

- Office chairs that have been fully assembled and used

- Products with missing hardware or damaged packaging

- Items showing visible wear, misuse, stains, odors, or damage after delivery

- Final sale, clearance, customized, special-order, or bulk commercial purchases unless approved in

writing

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. If the chair arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or

different from what was ordered, contact us within that 48-hour window.

Please provide clear photos of:

- The product received- Any damaged, defective, or incorrect area

- The shipping box and interior packaging

- The shipping label

After review, we may offer replacement parts, an exchange, a replacement item, a return authorization, or a

refund depending on the issue.

RETURN PROCESS

Returns must be approved before an item is shipped back. Items returned without approval may be refused

or delayed.

Once a return is authorized, the chair must be packed securely in its original packaging or packaging that

offers equal protection. Damage caused by poor return packaging may reduce or prevent a refund.

REFUND PROCESSING

Returned items are inspected after they arrive back to confirm they meet the return guidelines. Approved

refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after approval, depending on the bank or payment

provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our confirmed error, a verified

defect, or shipping damage approved through our review process.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or

incorrect due to our fulfillment error.

Large chair returns may require oversized parcel or freight arrangements. Any return shipping method must

protect the item from damage in transit.
