SHIPPING POLICY

We prepare office seating orders with careful packaging and practical transit times so chairs arrive in good

condition and ready for setup. Delivery timing can change based on item size, carrier routing, address

location, and product availability.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most office chair orders are reviewed and processed within 1-2 business days after payment is completed.

Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays begin processing on the next business day.

After the order leaves our facility or fulfillment partner, available tracking details are sent by email. Some

tracking numbers may take several hours to show movement after the carrier scans the package.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery windows are based on standard carrier schedules and the type of chair ordered.

Typical delivery estimates:

- Standard office chair shipments: 3-5 business days

- Oversized or executive chair shipments: 4-7 business days

- Remote or limited-access areas: additional transit time may apply

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, inventory changes, or

high-volume shipping periods may extend the final delivery date.

LARGE ITEM DELIVERIES

Some executive chairs, ergonomic chairs, or boxed seating items may ship in larger cartons or in separate

packages. Depending on the carrier and package size, a delivery appointment or signature may be

required.The customer is responsible for providing an accurate, accessible delivery address. Please make sure

building entry instructions, suite numbers, gate codes, or receiving details are correct before shipment.

Additional charges may apply for:

- Missed delivery appointments

- Re-delivery attempts

- Address corrections after the order has shipped

- Carrier storage or hold fees

- Refused deliveries not caused by our error

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information is provided after shipment when the carrier makes it available. If tracking has not

updated immediately, please allow the carrier time to scan the shipment into its system.

Contact us if your tracking information has not changed for several business days or if the carrier marks the

package delivered but you cannot locate it.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Please check the chair carton, packaging, and contents as soon as the order is delivered. If the package

arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us promptly so the issue can be

reviewed.

We may request:

- Photos of the chair and any damaged areas

- Photos of the box, packaging, and shipping label

- Tracking details and delivery notes

- A description of missing or incorrect parts

We will review the information and work toward a reasonable resolution, which may include replacement

parts, a replacement shipment, carrier claim support, or another approved remedy.------------------------------

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We ship to supported locations where our carriers can complete delivery. Oversized seating products may

not be available for every address, especially areas with carrier restrictions, limited road access, or special

delivery requirements.
